Terms and conditions of accommodation rental
ARRIVAL and REGISTRATION
- Submission of personal documents for all guests or prior entry of data in the form, which will be sent to you 5 days before arrival.
- Undeclared guests are charged the full price.
- entry is possible after 14.00 or by appointment (please inform us about the time of arrival)
THE PRICE INCLUDES
- accommodation, use of bed linen, towels, tea towels and basic cleaning utensils
- parking space
- Wi-Fi (where available)
HOUSE RULES
- Smoking and entertainment are NOT allowed
- Night peace: from 22.00 - 7.00
- use of slippers
- care for furniture and equipment; any possible failure must be reported to the host
DEPARTURE and CHEK OUT
- until 10.00 or by agreement depending on the occupancy of the unit
- on departure it is necessary: to wash the dishes, take out the rubbish (observe the separation of waste), turn off the air conditioning and reduce the heating of the radiators
- payment of tourist tax; children up to 7 years of age are free of charge TT.
